PJ Menner Commercial Specialist, U.S. Commercial Service United Kingdom

Paul (PJ) Menner has been a Commercial Specialist for the defense, aerospace, marine and transportation sectors at the U.S. Embassy, London since July 2013. He is a graduate of Miami University. PJ qualified as a naval aviator and spent 24 years in the U.S. Navy as a helicopter pilot and he participated in Operation Desert Storm and numerous other operations. PJ also qualified a commercial airline pilot, accruing in excess of 4,000 flying hours on numerous different types of multi-engine passenger aircraft for Continental Airlines and United Airlines.

Claudia Colombo Commercial Specialist, U.S. Commercial Service United Kingdom

Claudia is the Commercial Specialist for Energy, CyberSecurity & ICT. Claudia provides business advice covering market entry/expansion strategies and growth opportunities in the energy, ICT & cybersecurity sectors in the UK. Prior to joining the Commercial Service, she worked for URS Corporation (now AECOM) as a Principal Project Manager where she oversaw multi-disciplinary projects as the lead consultant on sustainable development and energy strategies.  She graduated with a Bachelors and MSc Degree in Chemistry from the University of Milan, Italy and earned a PhD in Engineering at Imperial College London.

Cheryl is a Locally Engaged staff member in the U.S. Commercial Service office based in London.
